Level one (basics)

You are done with level one of the PolyAcademy when all of the following are complete:
  1. You have created your project
  2. You have customized your agent
  3. A simple FAQ knowledge base topic works (and you can test it)
  4. Changes are tested and versioned in environments
  5. Previous conversations are viewable in Conversation review
You are done with level two of the PolyAcademy when all of the following are complete:

Level two (advanced)

  1. More complex knowledge base topics like an SMS with a handoff works
  2. You have figured out any necessary response controls
  3. You are happy with your agent’s voice
  4. The audio cache is understood and managed
  5. Any global ASR biasing or corrections are configured
