This article covers how to add additional restaurant sites to PolyAI.

Step 1: Connect the site through OpenTable

  1. Sign in to your OpenTable account for the restaurant (RID) you want to connect to PolyAI
  2. Go to “Integrations” on the left panel of OpenTable
  3. Click PolyAI Tile
  4. Sign In
  5. Select your existing PolyAI Workspace
  6. Select Timezone
  7. Add URL for information gathering

Step 2: Review and update site content in the PolyAI platform

  1. Go to “Sites” on the left panel of the PolyAI platform
  2. Click the site you added
  3. Review and edit the configurations as need

Step 3: Launch your agent at the site

  1. Choose which of the two options to launch with
  2. Go through the outlined steps for your chosen option to launch your agent at the site
