Tripleseat integration for large party leads
When a guest requests a booking above your configured max party size, the agent can now collect event details and send them directly to your Tripleseat account as a lead — instead of transferring the call.The agent collects: activity type, name, party size, date and time, and contact details (email and phone).Configure this per site from Sites > Large party handling. You now have the option to cross-reference OpenTable online availability with in-house availability for maximum booking accuracy. When enabled, reservations are only accepted when both sources align. Otherwise, the agent continues to use in-house availability by default.No configuration is required — this is applied automatically when you apply updates.
