Updates are listed newest first. When a release reaches your project, you will see an Apply Updates button in the PolyAI platform — click it to pull the latest changes into your site configuration.
Some features roll out to US projects before UK projects. Your PolyAI contact will confirm when a release is live in your region.

New features

When a guest requests a booking above your configured max party size, the agent can now collect event details and send them directly to your Tripleseat account as a lead — instead of transferring the call.The agent collects: activity type, name, party size, date and time, and contact details (email and phone).Configure this per site from Sites > Large party handling. See the Tripleseat integration guide for full setup steps.
You now have the option to cross-reference OpenTable online availability with in-house availability for maximum booking accuracy. When enabled, reservations are only accepted when both sources align. Otherwise, the agent continues to use in-house availability by default.No configuration is required — this is applied automatically when you apply updates.
The Voice Library has been updated with a more intuitive browsing experience. You can now preview and select from an expanded collection of high-quality voices across multiple providers to better represent your brand.See the voice configuration guide for how to change your agent’s voice.
You now have the option to enable subtle background noise for your voice agent, creating a more natural and authentic guest experience that sounds like a seamless part of your restaurant environment.

Updates

When a guest’s requested time is unavailable, the agent now presents alternatives more clearly and handles edge cases (such as no availability within the search window) more gracefully.
If a booking or amendment fails partway through, the agent now provides clearer guidance to the guest and falls back to transfer where appropriate, rather than repeating or stalling.
